How to book

Booking a place on one of our courses couldn’t be easier.  All you need to do is complete our online booking form and we’ll take care of the rest.  Once we’ve received your booking, we’ll send you a letter (usually by email), which will confirm everything you need to know about the training you’ve booked.  Depending on the time between booking and the actual course date, you may also receive a reminder letter.

  • No charge will be made with cancellation notifications of 5 days or more
  • For cancellation within 1-4 days of the training, Train Shetland reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the costs of the training
  • You will be charged in full for the course fee if you do not advise us of your cancellation in advance of the course start date
  • You can substitute delegates, ideally let us know in advance but you can just come along in place of someone else and advise us of this on the training day
  • Any provisional bookings made by phone must be confirmed by a booking form. If not confirmed via a booking form we cannot guarantee the bookin
