The aim of this course is to explore the current legislation framework, understand the key elements of the Councils revised Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and to identify and understand the manager's role in the various stages of the disciplinary procedure. It also aims to develop your ability to manage discipline and to conduct disciplinary hearings effectively.
