Step Work Placement Programme

This programme is being updated for 2010

By taking on a student for a Shell Step project, you can access fresh ideas and new skills that will have a positive impact on your business.

If you have a specific business or technical project in mind, but don’t currently have the time to dedicate to it, we can source an undergraduate or recent graduate with the skills you need. Examples of projects include : market research, product design, customer surveys, feasibility studies and creating promotional materials.

The STEP agency will provide mentoring for you and your undergraduate throughout your project. Your contribution to the training allowance will be 50% and the agency will pay the students weekly allowance directly.

For further details and to discuss the application process, phone 01595 743743, or email us.
